街道品质导向的日本高密度住区建筑形态演变机制研究

相较于我国较为单一的高密度住区建筑形态,日本在不同发展时期不断探索住区不同维度的品质内涵,最终借鉴欧美注重街道品质的住区设计原则,形成外街连续、内街丰富、低碳可持续的围合型高密度住区模式.本文从街道、内环境、户型三个品质视角出发,对日本高密度住区形态发展历程进行研究,分析背后的演变机制与相关指标,为我国高密度城市的居住问题提供参考.
A Study on the Evolution Mechanism of Architectural Form in High Density Residential Areas in Japan Oriented to the High District Quality
Compared to the monotonous high-density resi-dential architectural form in China,Japan has continuously explored the residential quality connotation and residential models in different development periods.Drawing on the urban design principles of European and American coun-tries that focus on district space quality,a new high-den-sity residential model with continuous street buildings,di-verse internal environment,and low-carbon sustainability has been formed.This article summarizes the development process of high-density residential areas in Japan from the perspective of comprehensive quality of district,analyzes the relevant indicators,causes,and evolution laws behind them,and provides reference for the residential problems in high-density cities in China.
