Evaluation of Shenzhen Urban Spatial Structure and Central System from the Perspective of Transportation
Urban spatial structure is the core element of territorial spatial planning. This paper identifies the current spatial structure using commu-nity discovery algorithm based on traffic and travel data, and evaluates it in comparison with the spatial structure of the territorial spatial planning. It is found that the identified clusters in the central city have the characteristics of large attraction intensity and wide range. The planned clusters are divided into multiple clusters, and the range is quite different from the planned city clusters. The spatial location of the identified clusters outside the central city is basically the same as the planned clusters, but the magnitude of the clus-ters differs greatly from that of the planned clusters. From the comparison of network node connection, the long-distance cross-group corridor is weak.In addition,it analyzes the attraction characteristics of the twelve central districts identified by the territorial spatial planning, and analyzes the key in-fluencing factors and the degree of influence on the attrac-tion energy level of central districts. The study finds that the factors that have the greatest influence on the attraction of the center are successively job-housing ratio, employment density, accessibility of bus station, proportion of financial industry,500m coverage of metro station, and proportion of information technology service industry. Finally, based on the evaluation results, the paper puts forward some sug-gestions on spatial structure optimization and adjustment.
