Study on Vitality Influencing Factors of Nanning Historical Urban Area Based on Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression Model
Focusing on the historical urban area of Nanning,this study employs a quantitative measurement method based on multi-source data to depict the spatiotemporal characteristics of vitality and to select indicative factors influencing this vitality.A geographically and temporally weighted regression model is constructed to analyze the impacts of these indicators from temporal and spatial di-mensions.The model reveals that the street environment,functional land use,and accessibility significantly influence the historical urban area's vitality,exhibiting spatio-tem-poral heterogeneity.Factors such as walkability,catering,cultural leisure,and residential amenity density positively correlate with urban vitality.During weekdays,catering,res-idential amenity,shopping,healthcare density,and proxim-ity to public transportation have a more pronounced impact on vitality,while on weekends,the influence of walkability,sky visibility rate,green view ratio,and administrative office density intensifies.The study concludes by proposing plan-ning and design recommendations for enhancing the vitality of historical urban area.
