基于机器学习的中心城区养老设施空间布局优化研究

随着人口老龄化的趋势不断加剧,因地制宜建设养老设施并提供高质量的老年照护服务变得尤为重要.本文以苏州市中心城区姑苏区为研究对象,基于POI数据,在分析现状养老设施空间分布特征的基础上,构建500m × 500m网格尺度,统计各网格内养老设施及相关设施分布情况,选择随机森林模型对养老设施布局进行模拟预测.研究结果显示:1.现状养老设施呈现"大分散、小集聚"和"均衡分布"的空间分布特征.2.住宅小区、文化教育设施、医疗卫生设施对养老设施的布局影响较大.3.结合预测结果,构建"易联动、成体系、较公平"的养老设施空间分布格局.
Research on Spatial Layout Optimization of Elderly Care Facilities in Central City Based on Machine Learning
With the increasing trend of aging population,it has become particularly important to build elderly care fa-cilities tailored to local conditions and provide high-quality elderly care services.The article takes Gusu District in the central urban area of Suzhou as the research object.Based on POI data,on the basis of the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of current pension facilities,a 500mx500m grid scale is constructed to statistically ana-lyze the distribution of elderly care facilities and related fa-cilities within each grid.A random forest model is selected to simulate and predict the layout of elderly care facilities.The research results show that:a.the current elderly care facilities exhibit spatial distribution characteristics of"large dispersion,small agglomeration"and"balanced distribu-tion";b.residential communities,cultural and educational facilities,and medical and health facilities have a signifi-cant impact on the layout of elderly care facilities;c.based on the prediction results,a spatial distribution pattern of elderly care facilities that is easy to link,systematic,and relatively fair is constructed.
