Multi-dimensional Assessment and Comparative Research of the Integrated Benefits of Urban Block in the Built Environment:a Survey from Three District-level Sports Centre Blocks in Hangzhou
As the basic unit of urban construction, urban blocks are faced with diverse and complex human environ-ment problems.Based on the user's main demand perspec-tive,the study constructs a"five-dimensional integrated"evaluation system for the integrated benefits of the built en-vironment in urban blocks from material to spiritual needs. The study takes three district-level sports centers in Hang-zhou as examples to conduct empirical research. On the one hand, the feasibility and appropriateness of the benefit evaluation system is verified;on the other hand, the evalua-tion results of the three homogeneous blocks are compared to reveal the differences in the built environment of the three blocks with different urban functions and their influencing factors. The results of the study can provide evaluation ba-sis and theoretical support for future urban stock renewal and community building.
