古树名木周边空间利用与提升策略研究——以厦门市同安区为例

周边空间和树木本体相辅相成,是展示古树名木价值的重要载体,通过精细化规划设计,能有效提升城市公共空间品质、增强社区吸引力.本文以现有古树名木周边空间利用理论发展为基础,通过厦门市同安区实证案例开展,针对实际中存在的上位规划管控不足、空间缺乏特色、实际维护困难等问题,针对性提出了"分级分类管控-多元价值图则-多主体共管共建"的规划策略.文中提出的策略有益于为城市微空间提升理论和实践提供参考.
Abstract
Trees and their surrounding spaces complement each other and are an important carrier for showcasing the value of ancient and famous trees.Through refined plan-ning and design,the quality of urban public space can be fully improved and the attractiveness of the community can be enhanced.Based on the development of existing theo-ries on the utilization of space around ancient and famous trees,and through empirical cases in Tong'an District,Xia-men City,the author proposes a targeted planning strategy of"hierarchical classification and control-multiple value maps-multi-subject co-management and co-construction"to address the problems of insufficient upper level planning and control,lack of distinctive space,and maintenance dif-ficulties in practice.The strategies proposed in the article are beneficial for providing reference for the theoretical and practical improvement of urban micro spaces.
