浅析澳门大型高密度住宅区建筑规划布局——以澳门黑沙环P地段项目为例

澳门作为高密度住宅城市典范,其高密度地区——澳门半岛尤其值得研究.本文以澳门黑沙环新填海区P地段项目(位于澳门半岛北侧)为例,通过剖析澳门住宅现状,空间分布概况以及高密度居住特征,总结出高密度住宅发展对策,并结合澳门当地特殊的建筑法规条例,从城市肌理,空间关系角度深入阐述本项目人文规划设计的研究,从每个地块实际需求角度出发,在高密度环境下研究建筑形态布局,建立完善、健全的居住配套服务体系,从而探索高密度的居住品质优化路径,以此创造更好的建筑精品.
Abstract
As a high-density residential city,Macao's high-density area,the Macao Peninsula,is especially worthy of study.This article takes the Areia Preta Lote-P project of Macao(located on the north side of the Macao Peninsula)as an example.By analyzing the current situation of Macao's housing,spatial distribution and high-density residential characteristics,it summarizes the development strategies for high-density housing.Combined with the special building codes and regulations in Macau,it deeply elaborates on the humanistic planning and design research of the project plot from the perspective of urban texture and spatial relationships.Starting from the actual needs of each plot,it studies the architectural form layout in the high-density environment,as well as the supporting service system for living,and explores the optimization of high-density living quality.
