摘要
随着中国城市化的不断加速,城市更新已成为推动城市可持续发展的重要手段,而第五代产业园区作为新质生产力发展的重要载体,在城市内部与城市更新的结合将对推动城市传统产业升级、引进新产业内容、发挥城市存量住房作用、持续发展城市规划系统效能、改善城市居民生活质量、提高城市经济竞争力等方面具有重要的战略意义.因此,本文研究第五代产业园区与城市更新的结合方式,旨在通过知识产业与城市存量的结合来实现城市更新,解决城市更新过程中面临的诸多问题.
Abstract
With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,urban renewal has become an important means to promote the sustainable development of cities,and the combination of the fifth-generation industrial parks,as an important carrier for the development of new quality productivity,will be of great strategic significance in promoting the upgrading of traditional urban industries,introducing new industrial content,giving full play to the role of urban stock housing,sustainable development of urban planning system efficiency,improving the quality of life of urban residents,and improving urban economic competitiveness.Therefore,this paper studies the combination of fifth-generation industrial parks and urban renewal,aiming to realize urban renewal through the combination of knowledge industry and urban stock,and solve many problems faced in the process of urban renewal.
