老旧小区公共空间适老化改造——以锦州市延铁园小区为例

当前我国养老模式仍以"居家+社区"养老为主,老旧社区公共空间无法满足老年群体需求.为提升老年人生活空间品质,文章从适老化的视角,以老旧社区公共空间为切入点,通过实地调研分析锦州市延铁园小区公共空间在适老化方面存在的问题,并结合老年人心理、生理、行为特点及行为空间的需求,总结出老旧小区在交通道路安全、配套服务设施、公共活动空间等方面的适老性改造策略,有助于构建老年友好型社区,推进社区环境适老化改造.
Abstract
The present mode of providing for the aged in China is still mainly providing for the aged at"home + community",and the public space in old community could not meet the demand of elderly population.In order to improve the quality of living space of old people,this paper takes the public space of old community as the starting point,from the aging friendly perspective and through field research,it analyzes the problems that exist in the public space of Yantieyuan Residential Quarter of Jinzhou City in being aging friendly,and combined with the demand of old people in psychology,physiology,behavior characteristics and behavior space,it summarizes the strategy for elderly-oriented transformation of outmoded quarter in traffic road safety,corollary service facilities and public activity space,etc.,which are conducive to construction of elderly friendly community and promoting elderly-oriented transformation of community environment.
