Problem Analysis and Countermeasure on Refined Design Management Practice for Affordable Housing in Shanghai Municipality
Housing regulation is the fundamental principle that is set for secure housing,development enterprises and design organizations should take humanization as the starting point,and improve the living experience of users as far as possible on the prerequisite of meeting regulation,so as to avoid any design that is"compliant but unreasonable",which might incur a series of subsequent use and management issues.This paper analyzes the architectural design and management problems of affordable housing within scope of Shanghai Municipality in the recent years,and puts forward corresponding solutions on that basis,so as to promote all-round improvement of management level,practically improve the quality of living environment and improve the life quality of residents.
