乡村老年人活动中心营建的参与式行动研究——以安庆市W村传统老屋改造为例

摘要
随着我国老龄化进程的加快,我国乡村老年设施在服务内容、运营团队和资金保障等方面暴露出共性问题.文章以安徽省安庆市W村老年人活动中心的营建为例,在问题诊断、方案设计阶段展开参与式行动研究;在此基础上,提出以生活服务、医疗保健和精神慰藉为服务内容,以妇女群体、老屋后代和乡村能人为运营团队的营建方案,指出参与式行动研究是生产并实施该方法的有效路径,也是突破乡村老年设施发展困境的可行办法.
Abstract
With the acceleration of aging process in China,common problems in service content,operation team and financial security of rural elderly facilities in China are exposed.This paper takes the construction of elderly activity center in W Village of Anqing City of Anhui Province as an example,and it develops participatory action research in stages of problem diagnosis and scheme design;and on that basis,it puts forward the construction scheme that takes life service,medical care and spiritual consolation as the service content,and takes woman group,descendants of old house and rural capable person as the operation team,it points out that participatory action research is the effective path for producing and implementing that method,and it is also the feasible method for breaking through the development dilemma of rural elderly facilities.
