Discussing the Residents Participation Mechanism in Transformation of Old Residential Area
Residents participation is a problem universally paid attention to in transformation of old residential area in Chinese towns in the recent years.Residents participation plays an important role in transformation of old residential area,therefore,it is the key for guaranteeing the efficacy of transformation.This paper takes citizen participation ladder theory as the theoretical basis,takes the case of comprehensive transformation to 18 old residential areas in Hangzhou City as the research object,it utilizes the research methods of field investigation and text analysis,etc.,performs comprehensive analysis to 5 categories of residents participation in transformation of old residential area,it also comprehensively analyzes the establishment process,effectiveness as well as the advantages and disadvantages of its cooperation mechanism,so as to promote the action of urban renewal,improve the sense of gain,happiness and security of residents.
