Analysis of High Fall Risk and Discussion on Maintenance Governance Methods for External Thermal Insulation System of Exterior Wall in Municipal Affordable Housing Project of Large Residential Communities
In the recent years,cracking,hollowing and high fall incidents of external thermal insulation system in building exterior wall happened occasionally,and those have become focal problems paid attention to by society.This paper takes the municipal affordable housing in a typical large residential community as an example,detects the structure,bond strength,outer wall damage,hollowing and compressive strength of material in the external thermal insulation system of building exterior wall,analyzes the cause for cracking,hollowing and falling off from the exterior wall of external thermal insulation system for which inorganic insulation mortar is adopted;it puts forward corresponding maintenance methods,technical points and guarantee measures on that basis.
