韧性视角下老旧小区良性自循环更新机制探索——以合肥市西园新村为例

随着我国城镇化发展进入新阶段,推进公共空间高质量发展的城市更新成为顺应时代需求的必然选择.对老旧小区空间的更新改造不仅是城市更新的重要组成部分,也是满足人民美好生活需要、促进城市高质量发展的重要举措.文章以合肥市西园新村为例,探讨在降低社会资本参与的基础上,综合提升老旧小区的物质与社会空间品质.通过微资源再利用方式提升物质空间环境,同时以弱势群体友好化策略改善社会空间环境,从而促进小区的自我调节与自我优化,恢复再循环韧性,实现持续保持老旧小区活力的更新机制.
Exploring the Benign Self-circulation Renewal Mechanism of Old Residential Area under Resilient Perspective——Taking Xiyuan Xincun of Hefei City as an Example
Urbanization development of China has entered a new stage,the urban renewal for pushing forward high-quality development of public space becomes an inevitable choice to meet the need of the times.The renewal and transformation to space of old residential area is not only an important component for urban renewal,but also is the important measure for meeting the need of people for better life and promoting high-quality development of city.This paper takes Xiyuan Xincun of Hefei City as an example,and discusses comprehensive improvement of the material and social space quality of old residential area on the basis of reducing social capital participation.Material space environment shall be improved through reuse of micro resource,meanwhile,social space environment shall be improved by friendly strategy for vulnerable group,so as to promote self-regulation and self-optimizing of residential area,resume its recycling resilience and realize sustainable keeping of the renewal mechanism of the vitality of old residential area.
