Community Protection Update Strategy for Industrial Heritage Based on Value Regress——Taking Workers Village at Hemu Road of Shenyang City as an Example
Workers Village was a construction achievement in the"first five-year plan"period,it has now become an important community of industrial heritage,and it has important historical and cultural value as well as significance of protection update.This paper takes Workers Village at Hemu Road of Shenyang City as an example,begins with historical value,use value and social value,combs its potential utilizable value and develops analysis of the present situation and difficulty representation it faces with and corresponding cause;on the basis of value analysis and situation analysis,it takes realizing the value regress of workers village as objective,and puts forward the strategy for protection and renewal in protection update frame,mode of building renewal,community support system and neighborhood relationship,so as to provide effective path for protection and organic renewal of urban heritage.
