上海市文物保护建筑勘察及修缮建议——以执信西斋为例
Proposal for Survey and Renovation of Cultural Relics Protection Building in Shanghai Municipality——Taking Zhixin Xizhai(The West Dormitory of Zhixin)as an Example

文物建筑作为历史发展的见证者,具有极高的历史、艺术、科学等价值.文物建筑保护作为我国推进城市化进程中的一项重要内容,其前期勘察是开展后期修缮工作的首要前提;而文物建筑的勘察需要充分认知文物本体价值、准确评估文物损害情况、仔细考虑现场工程条件.文章以上海市文物保护建筑——执信西斋为例,在了解其历史沿革、建筑特色、结构概况及维修加固情况后,从建筑结构布置、材料强度、房屋使用和损伤情况、房屋倾斜情况等方面进行现场勘察,并开展结构承载力验算和抗震性能分析,提出修缮意见,可为同类工程的开展提供借鉴.
Abstract
As the witness for historical development,cultural relics building has extremely high historical,artistic and scientific value,etc.Protection of cultural relics building is an important content in promoting urbanization process in China,its preliminary survey is the primary premise for developing renovation work in the later stage;For the survey of cultural relics building,the ontological value of cultural relics needs to be fully recognized,the damage circumstance of cultural relics needs to be accurately evaluated and the site engineering conditions need to be carefully considered.This paper takes Zhixin Xizhai(The West Dormitory of Zhixin)which is a cultural relics protection building in Shanghai as an example,after understanding its historical evolution,architectural characteristics,structural overview as well as maintenance and reinforcement,field investigation was performed in architectural structural layout,material strength,house use and damage circumstance as well as house inclination circumstance,etc.,structural bearing capacity checking and seismic performance analysis are developed,renovation advice is put forward and reference can be provided for the development of similar projects.
