Analysis of the Value Assurance for the Protective Repair of Heritage Architecture
With the development of modern city planning,higher requirements are put forward to the inheritance,carrying on,protection and renewal utilization of historical building.Starting from the present situation of protecting heritage architecture in Shanghai,combined with the practical experience of management in Shanghai,around enhancing the value of protective repair,this paper explores the measures for value assurance of protective repair to heritage architecture in perfecting repair management system,coordination of top-level policy system,protective repair as well as technological progress,etc.,and puts forward relevant protection path and development strategy.
