摘要

江西地区传统天井式民居具有良好的生态适宜性,在漫长的岁月中形成一套人与自然相和谐的共处模式.文章选取典型案例进行实地测绘、建模,借助Ecotect、Phoenics以及EnergyPlus软件进行模拟分析,比较天井式民居与现代民居的光环境、风环境及能耗,验证天井式民居宜居性特征,分析天井式民居生态适宜性的优势与短板,并提出提高现代乡土民居生态适宜性的设计策略,以期为现代建筑的被动式节能技术提供优化思路.

Abstract

Traditional courtyard style residential building in Jiangxi Region has excellent ecological suitability,and a set of solutions for harmony between mankind and nature were formed in the long age.Typical case was selected in this paper for field mapping and modeling,simulation analysis is performed by the aid of software Ecotect,Phoenics and EnergyPlus,the light environment,wind environment and energy consumption between courtyard style residential building and modern residential building are compared,the livable features of courtyard style residential building are verified,the advantages and disadvantages of the ecological suitability of courtyard style residential building are analyzed,and the design strategy for improving the ecological suitability of modern rural residential building is put forward,so as to provide optimization ideas for the passive energy-saving technology of modern architecture.
