Planning and Construction of Smart Ecological City:Punggol Strategy and Its Inspiration
Constructing green,ecological and sustainable town is the main direction for urban construction of China in future,and in-depth analysis of the development process of foreign typical ecological town is conducive to construction of ecological city in China.This paper analyzes the construction process of Punggol Region of Singapore,induces the development process of Punggol into"five periods in two stages",and further summarizes the main characteristics of the construction of Punggol,including combination of long-term plan and dynamic innovation,realization of the construction aspiration of"ecological smart town",multi-party participation for guaranteeing implementation of planning and forging smart ecological city,etc.,it finally puts forward certain inspiration of Punggol smart ecological town to construction of smart ecological town in China.
