Present Situation and Tendency of Green and Low-carbon Development in Urban and Rural Construction of Typical European Countries and Inspiration to Relevant Work in China
Combined with literature research,this paper performs in-depth analysis to the features of policies and regulations of typical European countries pertaining to low-carbon development in urban and rural construction,such as Germany,the Netherlands and Finland,etc.;meanwhile,by means of inspection and investigation from three aspects,including building,urban area(garden area)and rural area,the features of green and low-carbon technical development and application in the domain of urban and rural construction in the above-mentioned countries are systematically organized.From five aspects on that basis,including law and regulation perfecting,establishment of marketization promotion mechanism,extension of green and low-carbon technical application scope,fine design operation as well as pushing forward by scientific and technological innovation,the experience and inspiration that can be used in development of relevant work of China are refined and summarized.
