中国零能耗建筑领域的发展轨迹与前沿趋势——基于CiteSpace知识图谱的定量分析与综合评述

文章采用文献计量学分析方法,通过CiteSpace知识图谱对2002-2023年发表的"中国零能耗建筑"相关文献进行筛选和分析,探讨20多年来中国零能耗建筑领域的发展现状、挑战与机遇,以及对未来的展望.研究发现,零能耗建筑的研究自2002年起逐渐增多,尤其在2018年后,随着相关政策的完善和技术标准的制定,研究数量呈现爆发式增长趋势;研究热点主要集中在节能技术与设计、性能评估与优化及建筑材料与构造优化等方面.然而,零能耗建筑的实际应用和推广仍面临挑战,研究领域的集中度较高,缺乏跨学科合作,且在不同地区的执行力度和技术实用性上存在差异.未来研究应更加注重技术创新与应用推广、经济性与政策支持,以及跨学科合作与创新,以促进零能耗建筑的广泛应用和可持续发展.
The Development Track and Frontier Trend of the Zero Energy Building Domain of China—The Quantitative Analysis and Comprehensive Review Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Graph
The analysis method of bibliometric method is adopted in this paper,and by means of CiteSpace knowledge graph,relevant literatures related to"zero energy building in China"published in 2002-2023 are sifted and analyzed,and the development situation,challenge and future prospect of zero energy building domain in China over the past 20 years are discussed.It is found through research:the research on zero energy building was gradually increased since 2002,especially after 2018,with the perfecting of relevant policy and formulating of technical standard,the number of studies shows explosive growth trend;the hot spot of research is mainly concentrated on energy-saving technique and design,performance evaluation and optimization as well as building materials and structure optimization,etc.However,the practical application and popularization of zero energy building are still faced with challenge,the concentration ratio of research field is comparatively high,there is shortage of interdisciplinary cooperation,and there is discrepancy in the enforcement and technological applicability of different regions.Technological innovation and application popularization,economics and policy support as well as interdisciplinary cooperation and blazing new trails should be more emphasized in the future research,so as to promote extensive application and sustainable development of zero energy building.
