Simulation Study on the Carbon Emission in Operation of Residential Building Based on Empirical Optimization—Taking the Built Environment in the Newly-built Resettlement Community of Xiongan New Area as an Example
Under the background of"double carbon"strategy,the circumstance of carbon emission from building is included in the loop of construction review,there is application value in the accurate calculation to carbon emission of building in the design stage,but domestic simulation calculation method and frame to carbon emission lack the optimization from angle of empirical accounting.The newly-built resettlement community in Xiongan New Area is taken as an example in this paper,the model for carbon emission of construction operation is constructed,through investigation to the built environment of residence in community and the actual characteristics of carbon emission during operation,and through contrast and analysis to the discrepancy between the simulation and empirical data and its cause,the simulation process of carbon emission during operation of existing buildings is optimized from two horizons,including total quantity and seasonal trend.By the simulation method for carbon emission during operation after optimization,the error between the simulated operating carbon emission and the measured operating carbon emission can be greatly reduced,that can be taken as the guidance to the low carbon design in the front-end scheme for large-scale newly-built community in northern cold region to some extent,and research direction is provided for the fine simulation calculation of low carbon design.
