Low Carbon Transformation Strategy to Existing Community—The Analysis Based on 14 Domestic and Foreign Cases
The guiding policy of combining community renewal transformation and low-carbon development is put forward in China,but low-carbon transformation to existing community is confronted with many challenges,and multi-dimension interwoven difficult problems,including benefit of financial expenditure efficiency,community space optimization,low-carbon technical application and multi-party balance of interests,etc.,need to be solved,and it is a complicated"economic—social—spatial—engineering"systematic practice.Based on the above knowledge,this paper discriminates relevant concept of low-carbon community and low carbon transformation of community,then it organizes the predicament and difficult points in the present low carbon transformation in community of China;combined with 14 domestic and foreign cases,it summarizes the low carbon transformation strategy,including community space layout adjustment,communications system design guide,energy utilization structure optimization,carbon sequestration enhancement of ecological environment,smart infrastructure transformation and project implementation mechanism innovation,etc.,it also discusses the reference significance and application logic of strategy,so as to provide certain aid to relevant practice in China.
