健康老龄化导向下的住区更新治理——以青岛市B住区为例

摘要
随着我国城市化进程的推进和人口老龄化程度的不断加深,住区建设面临新的挑战.既有住区更新治理作为城市更新工作的关键单元,是促进社会健康老龄化的有效策略,已成为当前研究的焦点.文章以青岛市既有住区的更新实践为例,通过问卷调查和访谈,分析老年人群体的身体健康、心理健康和社会健康的需求特征,并从场地规划、人文与景观及配套设施三方面进行更新设计,探讨多元主体参与的住区更新实践的治理机制与问题,以促进我国住区健康老龄化相关实践研究的发展.
Abstract
With the promotion of the urbanization process in China and incessant deepening of population aging,construction of residential area is faced with new challenge.As the key unit for the work of urban renewal,renewal management of existing residential area is the effective strategy for promoting healthy aging of society,and it has become the focal point for the present research.The renewal practice of existing residential area in Qingdao City is taken as an example in this paper,by means of questionnaire and interview,the demand features of elderly population are analyzed,including body health,mental health and social health,renewal design is performed in three aspects,including site planning,humanities and landscape as well as corollary facilities,it discusses the mechanism and problem in governance of residential area renewal practice with multi-subject participation,so as to promote the development of research on relevant practice of healthy aging of residential area in China.
