基于开放建筑理论的住宅可持续发展设计策略探究——以日本为例

摘要
在当前城市不断更新迭代过程中,可持续发展成为住宅建设的重要目标,反映出住宅应对不同变化的能力;开放建筑理论则是实现这一目标的重要指导思想.文章以日本开放住宅实践为研究对象,通过案例调研与策略解析,从应对创伤性变化的住宅韧性、应对功能性变化的住宅适应性及应对日常性变化的住宅灵活性三方面总结日本经验,为我国住宅可持续发展模式的建立提供参考.
Abstract
In the present process of incessant renewal and iteration of city,sustainable development becomes the important objective of residential construction,and it reflects the ability of residence to cope with different change;open building theory is the important guiding thought for realizing that objective.This paper takes the open housing practice of Japan as the research object,through case investigation and strategy analysis,it summarizes the experience of Japan from three aspects,including the residential resilience of coping with traumatic change,the residential adaptability of coping with functional change and the residential flexibility of coping with daily change,so as to provide reference for the pattern of sustainable development for residence in China.
