Construction of Participatory Community and Resilient Governance under the Perspective of Living Heritage——Taking Xinhua Community of Shanghai as an Example
Living heritage is the important feature of world heritage in Asia-Pacific region.For the living heritage represented by urban heritage community,the source power and construction mechanism of its resilient ecology are still to be proved.Public health emergency brings about severe challenge to the heritage protection and social governance of urban heritage community.From the angle of living heritage,this paper discusses the relationship between protection of living heritage and community building,taking Xinhua Community of Shanghai as an example,it analyzes the effect of community building on heritage protection as well as the predicament of heritage community under public health crisis and effective public action,discloses the elastic support of heritage community space ecology and the resilient governance system commonly composed by the active support of social ecology and the handshake mechanism of social organizations.It is shown by case that for coping with the uncertainty of future development,it is of crucial importance to give scope to the resilient governance system of living heritage.The spatial texture of the community of heritage protection should be strengthened,public participation of community shall be deeply promoted,public action ability shall be cultivated and the effect of handshake platform of social organization shall be amply given scope to.
