Urban Community Renewal Practice under the Perspective of Public Domain——Taking Chengdu as an Example
There are multitudinous old communities in Chinese cities,the social relations inside community are complicated and development of urban community is faced with a series of challenge.From the visual angle of public domain for research,this paper combs the theory and practice of community development in domestic and foreign cities,and taking the renewal practice of old community in downtown Chengdu as an example,it establishes the analysis framework for community development planning and community development governance;the background for public resource of community and the input of public facilities are studied on that basis,it is pointed out that the reconstruction of public domain has important supporting effect in the present community renewal;the renewal path for urban community is finally put forward to combine the construction of public space and fair distribution of benefits.
