我国县域创新空间规划设计探索——以长三角(江阴)数字创新港三期城市设计为例

摘要
文章基于我国创新驱动发展战略、县域创新崛起的创新发展背景,分析总结县域创新空间发展的难点,包括创新载体水平不高、创新空间人气不旺、创新人才引力不足和创新优势转化较难等;并以县级市江阴市为例,探索其创新发展优势,介绍长三角(江阴)数字创新港三期项目的城市设计,通过构思蓝绿生态基底、三级轴线统领、大地块小街坊和功能多元交混等针对性的设计策略以及基于创新活力提升的项目特色营造,打造一个"创智绿港·烟火街市"式的数字创新园区,以期为相关地区规划建设提供思路借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the background of China's innovation-driven development strategy and county-level innovation rise,this article analyzes and summarizes the difficulties in the development of county-level innovation space,including low innovation carrier level,low popularity of innovation space,insufficient attraction of innovative talents,and difficulty in transforming innovation advantages;Taking Jiangyin City,a county-level city,as an example,this study explores its innovative development advantages and introduces the urban design of the third phase of the Yangtze River Delta(Jiangyin)Digital Innovation Port project.By conceptualizing targeted design strategies such as a blue-green ecological base,three-level axis leadership,large plots and small neighborhoods,and multi-functional mixing,as well as creating project characteristics based on innovation vitality enhancement,a"Creative Green Port·Fireworks Street Market"style digital innovation park is created,to provide ideas and references for the planning and construction of relevant regions.
