摘要
我国城市发展迈入存量时代,如何在保护历史建筑的同时打造多元复合的社区景观,活化利用建筑遗产,激发区域活力,赋能社区发展,是重要的设计命题.文章选取口袋公园和历史风貌街区两类社区景观类型,探讨保护更新过程中面临的问题,通过对设计手法的分析及建成效果的评估,阐述建筑遗产保护视角下的社区景观设计策略,以期为社区景观更新实践提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
Urban development of China has entered the era of stock,and how to forge multi-compound community landscape,activate the use of architectural heritage,stimulate regional vitality and empower community development while protecting historical buildings is an important design proposition.Two community landscape types are selected in this paper,including pocket park and historic style block,the problems faced in the process of protection and renewal are discussed,through analysis of the design techniques and evaluation of the completion effect,the community landscape design strategy from the perspective of architectural heritage protection is expounded,so as to provide valuable reference for community landscape renewal practice.
