Exploration to the Development Pattern and Planning Strategy of Rural Revitalization—Taking Jiading District of Shanghai Municipality as an Example
Rural resources of Jiading District are abundant,rural development is in a stage of steady exploration,and the construction effect is comparatively obvious,but there is still much room for improvement in resource utilization,preliminary planning and policy support,etc.This paper takes Jiading District of Shanghai Municipality as an example,and discusses the development pattern and planning strategy for different types of villages.Through on-the-spot investigation,interview and research of relevant literature,the village types of Jiading District are classified according to agglomeration promotion class,suburban integration class and characteristic protection class,and subdivision is further performed according to different industrial orientation;Three typical demonstrative villages are selected on that basis,including Beiguan Village,Dayu Village and Lianyi Village,the superiority conditions,development effectiveness and problems of various villages are discussed,and their development patterns are summarized,so as to provide reference for future development strategy for the villages of Jiading District.
