Post-use Evaluation and Optimization of Sports Service Space of Commercial Complex
With increasing emphasis and demand of city residents to athletics,the imbalance between supply and demand of limited resource of high density urban space and sports service gets sharper and sharper.Under the policy of national fitness plan,etc.,commercial complex is actively merged into sports service in its own functional format,and constructing high-quality sports service space under synergistic effect is attempted.Aiming at representative commercial complex case in Shanghai Municipality,post-use evaluation and research are performed,and by means of questionnaire,interview and behavior mapping,circumstance of actual use of sports service space,behavior characteristics of user and satisfaction evaluation space are discussed from objective use and subjective assessment,and significant factors that affect user satisfaction are analyzed.Targeted optimization strategy is put forward on that basis,site advantage characteristics is amply utilized for performing spatial organization,emphatically remedy the service shortcoming in corollary facilities and operational guidance shall be emphatically remedied,all-age friendliness shall be improved and leisure attributes shall be expanded,so as to actively respond to the need of citizens and realize supply of sports service with high accessibility.
