Exploring the Path for Optimizing the Implementation of Rural Construction Project——Taking Project of Waizao Village Academy Workshop of Shanghai as an Example
At present,the territorial spatial planning to"integrate multiple planning"has formed relatively systematic rules and methods for land use management and control.In the concrete process of implementing rural construction project,it should be oriented by intensive utilization of land,so as to realize rational exploitation of collective construction land and style control of rural public space.This paper combs the status of management and control to village construction of Shanghai Municipality,and clarifies the role and effect of country unit village planning,village design and architectural design in implementation of rural construction project;through empirical study of the complete implementation process of rural construction project,the validity of the implementation path of rural construction project is inspected,and the problem of linking up each planning and design stage in the construction process is discussed;aiming at the problems that emerge in the project practice,targeted strategies and proposals are put forward,so as to get through"the last kilometer"from planning to implementation of rural construction project.
