This paper firstly combs the three updating modes currently adopted for Shanghai Worker's New Village,including demolition and reconstruction,comprehensive transformation as well as maintenance and upgrading,and it analyzes typical cases by multi-agent evaluation and group decision-making method,it summarizes the problems that exist in three updating methods in improvement of building performance,optimization of outdoor environment,updating process and corollary service.and it further puts forward corresponding proposals on optimization improvement.
