Based on landscape pattern analysis,KNN analysis,random forest algorithm and random seed-cellular automata algorithm,this paper analyzes the urban space growth pattern of Suzhou in 2000-2020,and predicts future space expansion trend,explores the land utilization structure and layout method in space quality optimization scenario,so as to provide reference for space control,and it finally points out:in land utilization layout simulation,dual target of bottom line constraint and quality guidance should be comprehensively taken into consideration,and that is conducive to promoting the intensive,efficient and refined utilization of land.
