摘要

消化内镜作为消化系统疾病诊治常用的诊疗手段，其可视性好，分辨率高，临床应用广泛，是诊断消化道静脉曲张、评估静脉曲张大小和发现危险因素的金标准，同时也是内镜下治疗及随访不可或缺的方法。静脉曲张的内镜检查是最重要的诊断依据。内镜下的分级、分型方法对静脉曲张的诊治尤为重要。
