摘要
消化系统疾病是医学领域的重要组成，对于消化学科疾病的研究一直是现代医学的研究热点。在消化学科的科学研究中，基础实验研究是基础和重要手段，其中，分子生物学实验尤为重要。随着越来越多消化学科科研工作者的加入，对于分子生物学实验方法的教学和培训已得到越来越多的关注。本文从消化学科相关基础实验研究出发，瞄准提升初级科研人员(以下简称为学员)的实践能力和实验研究素养为教学目标，结合笔者所在科室多年教学及科研人才培养经验，着重从分子生物学实验这一重要的基础研究部分的实验教学及培训方面进行系统阐述，旨在提升消化学科研究中的分子生物学实验教学培训效果，强化学员科研思维能力和实践能力的培养，以期为消化学科乃至整个医学研究的教学和人才培养改革提供一些参考。
Abstract
Digestive system diseases are an important part of the medical field. The research on digestive diseases has always been a hot spot in modern medicine. For the study of digestive science, basic experimental research is the basic and important means, among which molecular biology experiment is particularly important. With the addition of more and more researchers in digestive science, the teaching and training of experimental methods in molecular biology have been paid more and more attention. Based on the basic experimental research of digestive science, this paper aimed at the teaching goal of improving the experimental research literacy and practical ability of new scientific research workers (hereinafter referred to as students), and combined the years of teaching and research talent training experience of the author and their research and teaching team. Emphatically from molecular biology experiments, the training aims to improve teaching effect, strengthening the cultivation of the students′ ability of scientific thinking and practical ability, reform of teaching and personnel training to medical research to provide some reference.
