摘要
目的:分析健康宣教强化法在老年食管静脉曲张内镜治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月至2022年12月经解放军总医院第一医学中心消化内科医学部收治的96例60周岁以上的食管静脉曲张需行内镜下治疗的老年患者作为研究对象，其中，前5个月选取的48例老年患者为对照组，后5个月选取的48例老年患者为强化组。对照组给予常规健康宣教，强化组在对照组宣教基础上，提供强化宣教干预。比较两组患者在普通内镜治疗中的配合度及护理服务满意度。结果:强化组在内镜治疗时的配合度优于对照组(P<0.05)；护理服务满意度评价较对照组显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:健康宣教强化法可有效提高老年食管静脉曲张患者在普通内镜治疗过程中的配合度、提升护理服务满意度。
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of intensified health education in endoscopic treatment of esophageal varices in the elderly.Methods:From March 2022 to December 2022, 96 elderly patients with esophageal varices over the age of 60 who were admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology at the First Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army and required endoscopic treatment were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 48 elderly patients selected in the first five months were selected as the control group, and 48 elderly patients selected in the next five months were selected as the enhancement group.The control group was given routine health education, while the reinforcement group was provided with intensified education and intervention based on the control group′s education. To compare the cooperation degree and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups of patients in general endoscopic treatment.Results:The cooperation degree of the enhanced group during endoscopic treatment was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The evaluation of nursing service satisfaction was significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive health education can effectively improve the cooperation degree of elderly patients in the process of conventional endoscopic treatment, and improve nursing service satisfaction.
