摘要
肠道病变的患病人数在逐年上升,随着图像增强内镜技术(IEE)的不断更新,显著改善了图像的亮度和质量,通过优化可视化方法,肠道病变的检出率不断提高。2012年,日本富士能公司正式推出了蓝激光内镜系统LASEREO,富士公司独创的多LED光源整合技术,可实现4种不同的观察模式:白光成像(WLI)、蓝激光成像(BLI)、亮蓝光成像(BLI-bright)和联动成像(LCI)。LCI模式可对色彩进行再度配置,加入红色强调信号后,通过扩张黏膜"发红"附近的颜色,信号处理增加了颜色对比度,是一种特殊的光染色技术。大量研究表明LCI可以显著提升发红和褪色调病变的检出率。LCI的有效性已经得到国内外内镜医师的一致认可。根据LCI在肠道病变中的文献报道,对LCI在这一领域的研究进展做出以下的归纳总结。
Abstract
The number of patients with intestinal diseases is increasing year by year. With the continuous replacement of image enhanced endoscopy (IEE) technology, the brightness and quality of images have been significantly improved. By optimizing visualization methods, the detection rate of intestinal diseases is expected to increase. In 2012, Fuji Corporation of Japan officially launched the Blue Laser Endoscopy System LASEREO.Fuji Corporation′s innovative multi LED light source integration technology can achieve four different observation modes: white light imaging (WLI), blue laser imaging (BLI), bright blue imaging (BLI-bright), and linked color imaging (LCI). LCI mode can reconfigure colors by adding a red accent signal. By expanding the color near the "redness" of the mucosa, signal processing increases color contrast, making it a special light staining technique.Numerous studies have shown that LCI can significantly improve the detection rate of redness and discoloration lesions.The effectiveness of LCI has been unanimously recognized by endoscopic physicians both domestically and internationally.Based on the current literature reports on the role of LCI in intestinal diseases, the following summary is made on the research progress of LCI in this field.
