摘要
貞觀年間,太宗以六條黜陟天下.太宗巡察六條的具體内容有漢六條説、隋六條説、《新唐書·百官志》六條説等多種觀點.據《太平御覽》所輯録,宋代仍能看到唐人的《唐書·官品志》,《玉海》據此認爲太宗六條爲隋六條.學界常將《新唐書·百官志》所載六條,誤認爲是太宗六條,依據是"十道巡按",刻板的認知是太宗分天下爲十道,玄宗爲十五道.事實上,玄宗頒布巡察六條爲開元三年,此時天下仍爲十道,分十五道是開元二十一年.由此可知,唐代巡察有太宗六條和玄宗六條,前者全然移録隋六條内容,後者是唐代所創,爲《新唐書・百官志》所載的内容.
Abstract
During the Zhenguan(貞觀)period,Emperor Taizong(太宗)implemented six rules to govern the realm.The specific content of the six articles of Emperor Taizong's inspection drew inspiration from various sources,including the Han Six Articles Theory,the Sui Six Articles Theory found in the New Book of Tang:Hundred Official Records(《新唐書·百官志》).According to the compilation of"Taiping Yulan"(太平御覽),the people of the Song Dynasty still referred to the Book of Tang-Official Product Records(《唐書 ・ 官品志》),and Yuhai(《玉海》)believed that the six articles of Emperor Taizong were the six articles of the Sui Dynasty.The academic community often mistakenly believes that the six articles contained in the New Book of Tang:Hundred Official Records are the six articles of Emperor Taizong,due to the"Ten Dao(十道)Patrol".The stereotype suggests that Emperor Taizong divided the nation into"ten Dao",while Emperor Xuanzong(玄宗)divided it into"fifteen Dao".In fact,Emperor Xuanzong issued the six inspection rules in the third year of the Kaiyuan(開元)era,and at this time,there were still ten paths in the world,with the division into"fifteen paths"occurring in the 21st year of the Kaiyuan era.From this,it can be seen that the Tang Dynasty inspectors had six articles by Emperor Taizong and six articles by Emperor Xuanzong.The former completely recorded the content of the six articles by Emperor Sui,while the latter was created by the Tang Dynasty and recorded in the New Book of Tang:Records of Officials.
