摘要
海賊是出没於海上、濱海沿岸及島嶼的非法武裝,前人研究主要集中於明清,隋唐時期還有探究的空間.隋唐時期海賊的來源途徑與頭目出身多樣化,除反叛外,有劫掠商船財貨、剽掠州縣、掠賣人口等活動,在東海、南海的濱海活動頻繁.海賊之亂分爲墓誌記載的小規模作亂與正史記載的大規模反叛.唐代在濱海州建立了專門防禦海寇、鎮守海口的常備軍,還設有防禦海賊的使職:捕海賊使、招討海賊使以及各色名目的海防軍事使職,對後世及鄰國影響深遠.亂後重建主要從土木田宅、財税吏治等方面安撫流民.從海亂平叛機制、海疆防禦體系和亂後重建方式可知隋唐時期海疆治理實力有了較大的提升.
Abstract
The pirates were illegal armed forces who infested the sea,the coastline and the islands.Previous studies had mainly focused on the Ming and Qing Dynasties,but there was still space for exploration of the Sui and Tang Dynasties.During the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the source of pirates and the head of the origin of the diversity,in addition to rebellion,there were looting merchant ships and goods,plagiarism,plundering counties,population and other activities in the East China Sea,the South China Sea,the coastal activities of the frequent.The pirate rebellions were divided into small-scale rebellions recorded in tombstones and large-scale rebellions recorded in official history.During the Tang Dynasty,some standing army was set up in the coastal states to defend against pirates and guard the sea ports,and there were also ambassadors(Shizhi)to defend against pirates:the ambassador to catch pirates,the ambassador to recruit pirates,and all kinds of ambassadors in the naval defence,which had far-reaching influence on the later generations and neighbouring countries.The rebuilding of the country after the Rebellion was mainly to pacify the exiles in terms of land,buildings,and houses,as well as in terms of finance,tax,and government.From the mechanism of counter-insurgency,the defence system of the Maritime-Frontier,and the way of reconstruction after the chaos,it can be seen that the governance of the Maritime-Frontier in the Sui and Tang Dynasties had been greatly improved.
