摘要
北宋前期實行"品官給告身"制度,用告身除授的都是品官,品官由文武官、内職、軍職三類職官構成.文武官繼承唐律令職事官系統而略有增損,主體是有官品的文武職事官.内職即"樞密、宣徽、三司使副、學士、諸司而下".軍職由三衙營指揮使、御前忠佐副都軍頭、藩方馬步軍都虞候以上構成.内職、軍職都是律令外的使職,無官品.三類職官中的使職在五代宋初逐漸品官化,從而成爲品官.
Abstract
In the early Northern Song Dynasty,the system of"granting appointment certificates to rank-based officials"was implemented.These rank-based officials were composed of three categories of officials:civil and military officials,inner officials,and military positions.Civil and military officials inherited and slightly modified the officials of the Tang Lv-Ling(Code-Statutes)System,primarily consisting of civil and military officials with rank.Inner officials referred to officials from the Privy Council,Xuanhuiyuan(宣徽院,Court of Palace Attendants),the Three Bureaus of State Finance commission,and the Academicians,Zhusishi(諸司使,Commissioner of the Various Offices).Military positions were made up of the commanders of Sanya(三衙,the Three Commands),military chiefs of Yuqian zhongzuosi(御前忠佐司),and military commanders of the regional cavalry and infantry forces.Originally,Inner officials and military positions were both envoy positions and did not carry official ranks,but during the Five Dynasties and early Northern Song Dynasty,the envoy positions within the three categories of officials gradually became ranked,thus transforming into rank-based officials.
