摘要
目的 研制一种太阳能捕蚊装置并观察捕蚊效果.方法 利用12V太阳能板及蓄电池收集太阳能,利用定时器控制捕蚊灯启动时间,利用醋酸和碳酸钠反应获得CO2.结果 太阳能捕蚊灯夏季太阳直射1d,可供两个捕蚊灯(6 V)同时工作6~10 h,利用醋酸和碳酸钠反应获得的CO2可以满足捕蚊要求.与媒介生物采样箱在相同地区相同时段,进行捕蚊平行对照试验,二者稍差异.结论 该捕蚊装置材料易得,携带方便,通过改进以后,可以作为野外蚊虫采集的辅助装备.
Abstract
Objective To develop a solar mosquito catching device and observe the efficacy in mosquito collected.Methods A 12V solar panels was used to collect solar energy for battery,and a timer control was used to start mosquito lamp.The carbon dioxide was generated through the reaction of acetic acid and sodium carbonate.Results Two solar mosquito light tramps could work 6-10 hours when it was under the summer direct sunlight a day.The carbon dioxide generated from the device could meet the requirements of mosquito tramps.Conclusion The device can be used as outdoor mosquito monitoring equipment after improvement.
