摘要

目的 了解四川省部分地区致倦库蚊对常用化学杀虫剂的抗性水平,为今后更加科学合理地选择和使用卫生杀虫剂,提高蚊虫的防治效果提供依据.方法 在成都市、广安市、南充市和攀枝花市,分别在城区各处采集致倦库蚊幼虫;采用浸渍法,获得的数据经SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析得到半数致死浓度(LC50)值和抗性级别.结果 成都、广安、南充和攀枝花市致倦库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为50.00、15.50、14.74和15.50倍;4地试虫均对溴氰菊酯敏感,抗性倍数分别为0.74、0.24、0.92和1.17倍;对氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为50.68、2.53、8.87和84.93倍;4地试虫均对敌敌畏敏感,抗性倍数分别为1.12、0.89、1.61和1.46倍.结论 致倦库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯产生了不同程度的抗药性,应加强和坚持抗药性监测,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供指导作用.

Abstract

Objective To learn the resistance levels of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to commonly used insecticides in parts of Sichuan Province.Methods The larvae were collocted from different parts of cities in Chengdu,Guangan,Nanchong and Panzhihua.The dipping method was used to test insecticide resistance.The data was analyzed by SPSS software to get the LC50 and the resistant grades.Results The larvae developed resistance to beta-cypermethrin and permethrin.The resistance ratio were 50.00,15.50,14.74 and 15.5 to beta-cypermethrin in the populations of in Chengdu,Guangan,Nanchong and Panzhihua,while 50.68,2.53,8.87 and 84.93 to permethrin.The mosquitoes remained sensitive to deltamethrin and dichlorvos.Conclusion The larvae developed some resistance to beta-cypermethrin and permethrin in Sichuan Province.Monitoring of resistance should be strengthened to provide guidance for scientific and rational application of insecticides.
