济南市白纹伊蚊和淡色库蚊对9种杀虫剂的抗性测定

目的 了解济南市优势蚊种对常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为制定科学、合理、有效的防治措施提供依据.方法 采用幼虫浸渍法测定白纹伊蚊和淡色库蚊对杀虫剂的抗性.结果 白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯氟醚、七氟甲醚、倍硫磷、噻虫胺、苏云金杆菌、多杀菌素的抗性倍数依次为:34.48、15.71、8.25、2.55、2.21、0.96、0.96、1.80和1.13;淡色库蚊依次为:22.91、21.57、11.68、16.41、17.28、1.11、1.20、1.14和2.70.结论 济南市优势蚊种对菊酯类药剂已产生抗药性,对有机磷类、新烟碱类和生物杀虫剂仍处于低抗或敏感水平.
Resistance monitoring of Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus to nine insecticides in Ji'nan City
Objective To determine the resistance of dominant mosquito species Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Ji' nan,and provide scientific evidences for its effective control.Methods Soaking method was used for measuring the insecticides resistance of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens larva.Results Aedes albopictus in Ji' nan developed 34.48,15.71,8.25,2.55,2.21,0.96,0.96,1.80 and 1.13 folds resistance respectively to beta-cypermethrin,permethrin,lambda-cyhalothrin,meperfluthrin,teflumethrin,tiguron,clothianidin,Bt and spinosad,while Culex pipiens pallens developed 22.91,21.57,11.68,16.41,17.28,1.11,1.20,1.14 and 2.70 folds resistance respectively to the insecticides above.Conclusion Mosquitoes in Ji' nan were resistant to pyrethroid insecticides,low resistant or sensitive to organophosphate,neonicotinoid and biological insecticides.In order to control and delay their resistance,insecticides should be applied scientifically.
