摘要
目的 建立测定蚊香、电热蚊香液和电热蚊香片中6种有效成分(四氟醚菊酯、四氟苯菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、富右旋反式烯丙菊酯、炔丙菊酯和氯氟醚菊酯)和2种禁用成分(仲丁威和八氯二丙醚)含量的研究.方法 采用气质内标法.结果 该方法测定6种有效成分和2种禁用成分的回收率为74.5％～94.3％.精密度试验显示浓度测定的标准偏差为1.72％～4.55％和峰面积测定的标准偏差为0.97％～2.44％.结论 该方法分离度好、精密度高、灵敏度高、专属性强且操作简单快速.
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of six active ingredients(tetramethylfluthrin,transfluthrin,dimefluthrin,rieh-d-transallethrin,prallethrin,and meperfluthrin)and two prohibited ingredients(fenobucarb and octachlorodipropyl ether)content in mosquito coils,electrothermal vaporizing liquid and electrothermal vaporizing mats.Methods A qualitative and quantitative analysis method utilizing internal standard method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was employed.Results The method for six active ingredients and two prohibited ingredients determination showed the recovery rates between 74.5％and 94.3％.The precision test displayed standard deviation in concentration between 1.72％and 4.55％,between 0.97％and 2.44％in peak area.Conclusion The developed method had advantages in good separation,perfect precision,high sensitivity,strong specificity and simply fast operation.
