目的 探讨HACCP体系在旅客列车病媒生物防治中的应用.方法 按照HACCP的7个步骤实施列车病媒生物控制,即危害分析、关键控制点确定、关键控制点阈值确定、关键控制点阈值评价、纠偏措施、验证程序、建立文件和记录档案.结果 确定了车辆是否空调密闭、是否"四进"列车以及车种、车龄、车辆行驶方向、客车整备所病媒生物状态、车辆检出史、车辆被调查时季节等8个危害因素.对危害因素控制后,阳性率整体水平由4.8%下降至1.9%,差异有统计学意义(x2=9.311,P=0.002).结论 HACCP体系能提高旅客列车病媒生物防治效果,有助于提高企业在市场上的竞争力和信誉度,促进发展.
Application of HACCP in vector control of passenger trains
Objective To explore the application of HACCP system in vector control of passenger trains.Methods According to the seven steps of HACCP,the vector control of train was implemented,including hazard analysis,determination of critical control points,determination of critical control point threshold,critical control point threshold evaluation,corrective measures,verification procedures,establishment of documents and records.Results Eight risk factors were identified,including whether the vehicle was air-conditioned and sealed,whether the"four entry"train was used,and vehicle type,vehicle age,vehicle driving direction,vector status of passenger car servicing station,vehicle detection history,and the season when the vehicle was investigated.After controlling the risk factors,the overall level of positive rate decreased from 4.8%to 1.9%,with statistically significant difference(x2=9.311,P=0.002).Conclusion HACCP system can improve the effect of vector control on passenger trains,help to improve the competitiveness and credibility of enterprises in the market,and promote the development of enterprises.
