摘要
目的 调查江苏省南京市白蚁种类和分布情况,为白蚁防治工作提供科学依据.方法 通过野外踏勘,广泛采集白蚁标本,采用形态分类和分子鉴定方法进行鉴别.结果 发现并记述了南京新纪录种,新渡户近扭白蚁Pericapritermes nitobei.结论 本次发现丰富了该种的地理分布资料.
Abstract
Objective The species and distribution of termites in Nanjing of Jiangsu province were investigated to provide scientific basis for termite control.Methods Through field survey,specimens were collected extensively and identified by morphological classification and molecular identification methods.Results A newly recorded species of termites in Nanjing,Pericapritermes nitobei was discovered and described.Conclusion The geographical distribution information of the species is supplemented.
