目的 系统总结浙江省农村病媒生物可持续控制的实践经验.方法 回顾"同一健康"(One Health)理念和媒介生物可持续控制策略的提出和变迁,阐述浙江实践的依据、前提、基础和发展历程.结果 从"无蚊村""无蝇村""无蚊蝇村""无四害村"再到"无蚊单位"建设,提出了农村病媒生物可持续控制创新理念,强调的是"环境—宿主媒介—人类健康".结论 浙江农村病媒生物可持续控制探索是媒介生物及相关传染病可持续控制策略的成功实践,在当前全球严峻的病媒生物性传染病防控形势下,需要全球各部门合作和统一行动.政府首先应该负起责任,整治健康环境.新时代爱国卫生运动应该从城市扩展到农村,进一步提高农村健康环境,为传染病防控服务.
The practice of"four-pests free village"of sustainable vector management under the"One Health"in Zhejiang Province
Objective To system summarizes the countryside vector sustainable control experience in Zhejiang Province.Methods Review the"One Health"concept and vector sustainable control strategy and change,expound the basis,premise,foundation and development history of Zhejiang practice.Results We put forward the countrysidel sustainable vector management(CSVM)innovation system from the"mosquito-free village","flies-free village","mosquito-flies-free village","four pests-free village"to"mosquito-free unit"construction.We emphasize is"environment-host-vector-horman health".Conclusion We believes that the exploration of sustainable control of vector in countryside of Zhejiang is a successful practice of sustainable control strategy of vector and vector-borne diseases.Under the current global severe situation of vector-borne disease prevention and control,we need the global cooperation and unified action of all departments.The government should first take its responsibility to improve a healthy environment.The patriotic health campaign in the new era must expand from urban to rural areas,further improve the healthy environment in countryside and service the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
