摘要

目的 掌握山东省微山湖流域优势蚊种对5 种常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为合理有效的蚊幼虫防制提供科学指导.方法 2023 年 5-10 月在微山湖流域设立监测点:任城区、鱼台县、微山县、滕州市、邹城市,采用勺捕法采集淡色库蚊幼虫.采用幼虫浸渍法,测定淡色库蚊 3 龄末 4 龄初幼虫死亡数.结果 2023年微山湖流域各地区孳生淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威等化学杀虫剂的抗性倍数均大于 1.66,对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数最高,均处于高抗水平.对敌敌畏和残杀威处于中抗或低抗水平,对Bt处于低抗或敏感水平.结论 2023 年微山湖流域优势蚊种已对常用卫生化学杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性.在灭蚊工作中,要注重环境整治和杀虫剂的科学合理使用.

Abstract

Objective To find out the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to 5 commonly used insecticides in Weishan Lake basin of Shandong Province,and to provide scientific guidance for rational and effective larval source management of mosquitoes.Methods From May to October 2023,Culex pipiens pallens larvae were collected from the monitoring sites in Rencheng District,Yutai County,Weishan County,Tengzhou City and Zoucheng City.The larvae mortality of Culex pipiens pallens at the end of age Ⅲ and the beginning of age Ⅳ was measured by larval immersion method.Results In 2023,resistance ratio of the larvae of Culex piens pallens to cypermethrin,deltamethrin,dichrovos and propoxur was all greater than 1.66,and the resistance to cypermethrin and deltamethrin was the highest,and they were all high resistance.The resistance to dichlorvos and propoxur was medium or low,and the resistance to Bt was low or sensitive.Conclusion In 2023,Culex pipiens pallens larvae tested in Weishan Lake basin produced different degrees of resistance to sanitary chemical insecticides.Attention should be paid to environmental remediation and the scientific and rational use of insecticides on mosquito control.
