Objective The community characteristics of mosquitoes, flies, rats and other important vectors in Binzhou City were compared and analyzed to provide scientific basis for further comprehensive control. Methods Light traps were used to monitor mosquitoes in residential areas, parks(including street parks),hospitals, rural houses and livestock sheds. At least two sites were randomly selected to monitor the flies in the farm products market, catering environment, green belt and residential area.Rodents were monitored in special industries and rural villages by trap or sticky trap. The species richness index, population density,Shannon-Weaner diversity index, pielou evenness index were introduced to analyze. Results A total of 6 species in 4 genera of mosquitoes,9 species in 6 genera of flies,3 species in 3 genera of rodents. The density of mosquitoes reached its peak in July-August.Under different environmental conditions, taking the community diversity index as the premise, the highest and lowest order of mosquito biodiversity index was animal husbandry environment>hospital>farmer>park>residential area. The order of flies distribution was farmer's market, dining environment, green belt and residential area. The order of mice is rural natural villages and special industries. Conclusion The biodiversity indexes of important vector organisms in Binzhou City are obvious differences in different environments, which should be treated differently when formulating comprehensive control measures.
